Personal information means information about an individual that could potentially identify a specific individual, such as name, date of birth, gender, telephone number, e-mail address, occupation, and office.

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes and only within the scope thereof. Our collection and use of personal information is solely based on voluntary provision of personal information by the customer, and when the customer provides personal information, the customer is deemed to have granted us a permission to use the personal information in accordance with this Policy.

• To send out inquiries and confirmations, or to collect opinions to improve services, in the course of our business
• To respond to various inquiries

We will not disclose or provide personal information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the customer unless there is a justifiable reason such as when required by laws and regulations.

We may provide a portion of personal information to an external subcontractor in the course of providing products or services to customers. In that case, we will manage the subcontractors so that they will handle personal information appropriately.

In order to prevent leakage, loss, damage, etc. of personal information, we have appointed a Personal Information Protection Manager to ensure sufficient security protection, and to properly manage the personal information we have received so as to keep it accurate and up to date.

If customers wish to inquire, correct, or delete any personal information they have provided to us, we will verify their identity and respond promptly, to the extent reasonable.

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to encrypt the communication of personal information.
